This Sexual Health and HIV programme (eHIV-STI) is suitable for a wide range of healthcare professionals treating and supporting people with sexually transmitted infections. The programme covers all aspects of sexual health and HIV.

Contributing to sexual health training in Africa

Our Sexual Health and HIV elearning programme (eHIV-STI) has been used to support vital healthcare work in Zimbabwe. Healthcare professionals at the Newlands Clinic in Harare have been using the elearning to enhance their diagnosis and management of sexually transmitted infections in patients infected with HIV. The clinic provides a wide range of sexual and reproductive healthcare services to low-income and marginalised communities in and around Harare. This is an excellent example of how our elearning has supported training in resource-constrained settings and those where opportunities for face-to-face teaching may be very limited. For further information on the Newlands Clinic, run by the Ruedi Luethy Foundation, please see the organisation's website. Find out more about our Sexual health and HIV course
