This online management and leadership programme consists of a series of interactive learning sessions, each taking approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
The course focuses on core people‑based management skills, including appraisal and coaching, delivering and receiving feedback, behavioural‑based interviewing and managing difficult conversations.
