Learners globally can now access the Advanced Radiotherapy course for a newly discounted price – providing exceptional value for money for a high-quality programme.

The Advanced Radiotherapy programme – Radiotherap-e – is now available for just £50 to learners globally. Overseas members of the Society of Radiographers (SoR) can also benefit from a further 50% reduction on this price – paying just £25 for 12 months’ access.

Charlotte Beardmore, Director, Professional Policy at SoR, said: “Radiotherap-e is a high-quality online resource that offers exceptional value for money. The price reduction will now increase the accessibility of this fantastic programme to healthcare professionals globally. This translates into enhanced knowledge and understanding, which ultimately benefits patients.”

Radiotherap-e includes over 50 comprehensive learning sessions that cover the latest radiotherapy techniques. It is aimed primarily at the trained workforce involved in the delivery of radiotherapy.

The learning sessions are all written by leading clinical experts in the UK – so the training meets the highest quality standards. The content has been developed by the UK College of Radiographers, The Royal College of Radiologists, the Institute of Physics and Engineering in Medicine and e-Learning for Healthcare.

The programme includes a range of interactive features, such as photographs, videos and animations. This includes simulation tools that allow learners to practise the skills involved in advanced radiotherapy.

The programme has recently received formal endorsement from the College of Radiographers for continuing professional development.
