Foundation Programme E-learning Course

An online resource for Foundation doctors

This e-learning resource supports doctors on the Foundation programme – which forms the bridge between medical school and specialist/general practice training. It has been developed by the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges, the UK Foundation Programme Office and Health Education England.

The clinical content covers the full UK Foundation training curriculum, with high-quality images, video clips and animations. Scenario-based exercises enable you to enhance your diagnostic and management skills and examine various clinical data.

The Foundation e-Learning Programme is designed to blend with existing teaching approaches within Foundation Schools. You can work through the sessions in any order you choose. The content can be used for reference purposes, to fill in knowledge gaps, as a course refresher or to prepare for lectures/practical sessions.

The programme can be accessed online anywhere, at any time.
